I was born in Atlanta at Northside Hospital in 1975. My grandfather, John W. Pugmire, founded our company in 1960 in downtown Atlanta. In the early 70’s he moved it to Cobb County where our business has expanded to two dealerships.

I graduated from the Westminster School in Atlanta in 1993. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness from the University of Georgia in 1997 and was awarded my Master of Forestry Resources degree from UGA the following year.

After spending three years as a timber buyer, I joined Pugmire Lincoln Mercury as a salesperson. Over the course of six years, I have held positions of Sales Manager, General Sales Manager and currently, General Manager. I have a wife of ten years and three young daughters.

Charles Davis - Parts Manager

Charles has been in the automotive industry in some capacity for almost 26 years.  He began by rebuilding alternators and starters in his father’s shop when he was about eight years old.  Charles assisted him over the next few years until he went to work at age 19 as a service writer for a Lincoln Mercury dealership in north Georgia.  He has been employed in various capacities at Lincoln Mercury dealerships throughout Georgia and Tennessee for fifteen years.  For six of those fifteen years Charles has been associated with the parts departments and currently serves as the Parts Manager at Pugmire Lincoln Mercury Marietta.

Eric Ford - Fixed Operations Manager

Eric Ford was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina and graduated in 1966 from the University of South Carolina.  He obtained his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration majoring in both management and marketing, and moved to Houston, Texas where he began his career in consulting for various automotive dealerships.  He continued in the consulting field when he moved to Atlanta in 1998. Among the many dealerships in the southeast that Eric visited, Pugmire Lincoln Mercury was one of his customers.  In January 2000, he officially became an employee of Pugmire Lincoln Mercury as Service Manager. Currently as our Fixed Operations Manager, Eric Ford manages the parts, service and body shop departments that serve our Marietta and Suzuki locations.

Mike Russo - Collision Shop Manager

Mike Russo has been in the collision industry since 1976, starting as a porter and working his way up to manager.  Mike has many years of both technical and management experience and can assist you with any of your collision questions and needs in restoring your vehicle to its pre-accident condition.

Mike resides in Ball Ground, Georgia and is married with two children.

William Cotton - Service Advisor

William Cotton has twenty-one years of experience in the automotive industry and has been associated with the Pugmire Automotive Group for the last six years.  William lives in Kennesaw.  Family is very important to William and he enjoys spending time with his daughter, Shellby.

Greg Arrington - Sales Manager

Greg Arrington is our Sales Manager and has been in the automotive industry for twenty-eight years.  He has worked in a variety of positions including auto detailing, finance manager, and his current position—Sales Manager.

He grew up in Lawrenceville, Georgia where he continues to reside so it is not surprising that he married a girl from Gwinnett County.  Greg is the proud father of two children. His hobbies, aside from family outings, include hunting, fishing and outdoor sports.  He is uniquely qualified to help all of our customers in the financial arena, assisting them in finding the perfect terms and conditions for their Pugmire purchase.

Kelvin Bentley - Parts Sales Consultant

Kelvin Bentley is from Cedartown, Georgia and joined the Pugmire Lincoln Mercury team in October of 2004. He has thirteen years of parts and service experience and is Master Certified in Ford Lincoln Mercury parts.

On his off days you are likely to find him in the woods hunting for a trophy buck, at the lake fishing, or swinging a golf club.  Kelvin looks forward to helping you with any of your future parts or service needs.

Barry Kelly - Service Advisor

Barry has been a resident of Marietta, Ga., since 1953. He graduated from Marietta High School in 1969 and went on to graduate from Georgia State University in 1974. He has been married to his lovely wife Barbara since 1972 and they have two children and two grandchildren.

Barry has been in the automotive services industry since 1985 and has been associated with the Pugmire Automotive Group since 1989. He holds the highest service certifications for Lincoln, Mercury, Isuzu and Suzuki car lines.

Sherry Conway - Service Advisor

Sherry is an award winning service advisor who has been employed with Pugmire Lincoln Mercury for over sixteen years.   She began her career with the company in the accounting office and moved into the customer satisfaction position before starting as a service advisor thirteen years ago.

Ford Motor Company awarded Sherry with the Employee Excellence Award in 2007 and she is also a three time Medallion Elite Club winner.  Sherry is eager to help you with all of your service needs and looks forward to doing business with you.

Michael Buice - Service Advisor

Mike has been employed in the automotive industry since 1976.  He attended DeKalb Community College and graduated with an Automotive Associate Degree.  He then went to work in the family business specializing in air-conditioning, brakes and transmissions.  His professional career experience includes tire stores and car dealerships serving in a variety of positions such as technician, salesperson, and sales manager.

Mike has received several awards for customer service that include the Medallion Elite Club and Ford Master Certification.  Mike has worked for Pugmire Lincoln Mercury for five years as a Service Advisor.

Mike is married and has two daughters and four granddaughters.  He enjoys playing golf and watching the Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs.
